1. Who We Are
Covington Mold Removal is a place to connect with a local contractor who can help with your mold removal or remediation project. We run this site and the phone line on it — our role is to make that introduction.
Covington Mold Removal is a referral service. We are not a contractor. We do not perform the work advertised on this site, and we do not employ or control the contractors we refer you to.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this site, calling the number listed here, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
3. How This Service Works
When you call, we pass your information along to one independent local contractor who serves your area. That contractor — not us — will reach out to you and handle your project from start to finish.
Any agreement for work, any estimate, any price, and any contract is directly between you and the contractor. Covington Mold Removal is not a party to that agreement and has no role in the work itself.
4. No Representations About Contractors
We do not promise, guarantee, or make any representation about the quality, timing, pricing, workmanship, or results of any contractor's work. We do not endorse any contractor. We connect you with a contractor; everything beyond that connection is between you and that contractor, and you are responsible for deciding whether to hire them.
5. Contractor Licensing and Insurance
Each contractor in this network represents to us that they hold the licenses and insurance required for the work they perform. We do not independently verify those representations. We encourage you to ask any contractor for proof of current licensing and insurance before authorizing any work.
6. Consent to Contact
By submitting the form on this site or placing an inbound call, you expressly consent to having the information you provide shared with one independent local contractor serving your area for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. You further consent to being contacted by that contractor by phone (and by email, if you give us an email address) regarding your request, including by automated systems or AI voice assistants acting on that contractor's behalf. The contractor does not text you. Any text message about your request comes only from us, only with your separate verbal consent on the call, as described in Section 6A. Consent to receive automated or AI-generated communications is not a condition of receiving any service.
6A. Text Messages (SMS)
Program: Covington Mold Removal callback confirmations. Description: if you ask us on a call to schedule a callback, our phone agent will ask whether you would like a text confirmation of the time. Only if you say yes on the call will Covington Mold Removal send one confirmation text and, in some cases, one reminder shortly before the callback, to the mobile number you give us. Message frequency: one to two messages per callback request; no recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service — if you say no, you still receive the callback you asked for. Opt out: reply STOP at any time and you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP for assistance, or call the number on this site. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See Section 8A of our Privacy Policy.
7. Calls, AI Voice Handling, and Recording
Inbound calls to this site may be answered or screened by an automated voice assistant or AI system. All calls may be recorded. By continuing a call, you consent to these practices.
8. No Guarantee of Contact or Service
We do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, respond within any particular time, agree to perform work, or be available in your area. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on us or on any contractor to provide a service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
This site and this referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Covington Mold Removal to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this site or this referral service will not exceed $250. We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, damage, or loss caused by any contractor or by any work a contractor performs or fails to perform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covington Mold Removal, and its owners, officers, employees, and agents, from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of this site, your submission of information, your dealings with any contractor, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in that county.
13. Eligibility
To use this site or call the number on it, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version and effective date shown here govern your use of the site. If you continue to use the site after we post an update, you accept the updated Terms. This document is version v1.0, effective June 30, 2026.
15. Privacy; Your Choices
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we share it with the contractor who responds to your request. We do not sell your information to data brokers and we run no advertising trackers. To exercise your privacy choices, including a request to delete your information, use the link titled "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer of this site or contact us at contact@covingtonmoldremoval.com.
16. Intellectual Property; No Scraping
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by or licensed to Covington Mold Removal and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect data from this site without our written permission.
